Cadify Technologies
Overview
Full UX redesign and WordPress development for a North American engineering firm — transforming a lead-dead website into a high-converting B2B client acquisition system.
Problem
Cadify's existing site suffered from poor information architecture, zero conversion strategy, and no technical depth — failing to communicate their capabilities to engineering procurement teams. Thirteen service items buried in a single dropdown created cognitive overload. Critical services lacked hierarchy, visual design, and UX structure. With no RFQ system or clear user flows, high-intent visitors had no path to conversion — resulting in near-zero inbound leads despite strong market positioning.

Solution
Conducted full UX audit and competitive analysis before wireframing a restructured information architecture across 10+ pages. Designed a conversion-focused UI system in Figma — responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile — with scroll-triggered animations, micro-interactions, and technical service landing pages built around three distinct buyer personas. Developed in WordPress with a custom RFQ system, CMS integration, and post-launch support. Measurable impact: reduced navigation friction, improved user flow, and significantly stronger conversion architecture throughout.
